Charts — DPS by a stat · DPS by fight length · what each buff is worth

Pick a chart and press Draw chart. DPS by a stat shows how a build's damage grows as one stat on your gear goes up, with everything else as you have set it — for example where more hit stops helping. DPS by fight length shows which build is ahead in short and in long fights. What each raid buff and debuff is worth measures, for one build, what you lose without each one you have on and what you would gain with each one you have off.

Stats

Sheet (gear) = your character sheet with gear only (editable). Total = race base + gear + raid buffs + consumables + weapon oil + passive racials (read-only; the per-build Spellstone / Firestone is not included). Talents differ per build and are shown in each build's details. Timed effects (potions, Power Infusion, Blood Fury, Berserking, Eureka) are applied in the fight when used. Defaults: 500 SP, 5% hit, 10% crit, Int 148, Spirit 54, Stamina 160, MP5 0.

Quick sim

Simple — the priority list, top = checked first
    Advanced (APL) — the same priority as conditions

    Each line casts its spell when its conditions hold — the first line that can is cast. A simple action shows here as the lines that check exactly what it checks; edit a line and it stays that action as long as it still matches one (your numbers and extra conditions are kept), otherwise it becomes an APL line of your own. A new APL line that matches a simple action is added as that action.

          Input / output: settings and builds

          A code is a line of text you can keep or send to someone. A settings code (starts with WFS1:) holds your stats, fight, buffs, debuffs, consumables, professions and pet settings. A build code (WFB1:) holds one build: talents, pet, weapon stone and priority. Make a code here, or paste one and press Load — settings are applied, a build opens in the build editor. A gear code (WFG1:) from the in-game addon goes into the gear builder.

          Batch compare

          Save several setups (e.g. pre-raid vs raid-buffed), then run them all: every build × race per setup, best race per build. "Add this run" keeps the results in the table as they are.

                  Click a row for talents, stats, the DoT chart, per-spell numbers, race comparison and the full rotation log; the "+4 races" pill next to the race (or Show all races above the table) shows the build's other races. Stat weights: DPS per 1 spell power; hit / crit / haste / Int shown as the spell power they are worth, computed on each build's best race with common random numbers (hit/haste carry some noise). Spell Pierce weight: in the details. Data: Wowhead Forever (beta 1.60.1).

                  Gear builder

                  Click a slot to put an item and its enchant in. The items come from the Wowhead Forever database, best first for the build chosen under "Value for". Each slot that takes an enchant lists every enchant for it under the items. Something that is not listed yet: type it in yourself, or load a gear code made by the in-game addon. Your items are kept in this browser.
